Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how the Astrocade Leaderboard application collects, stores, uses, and safeguards your personal data, specifically regarding our Google OAuth sign-in integration.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we process two types of data:

Google User Account Data: If you choose to log in using Google OAuth, our application requests access to basic user profile information. The specific scopes requested are:
- openid: To verify your account identity.
- email: To access your primary email address.
- profile: To read basic profile data, including your name.
Public Creator Metrics: We collect public creator usernames, display names, bios, avatars, and gameplay metrics from public developer endpoints to populate our ranking leaderboard.

2. How We Use Your Google User Data

We use your Google identity details (email, name, and unique Google ID) exclusively to provide the core services of this application:

To authenticate your identity and allow you access to your personal Creator Portal dashboard.
To verify your ownership of an Astrocade creator profile and link it securely to your account.
To display your email on your personal settings page for account identification purposes.

3. Google API Data Protection & Limited Use Compliance

We do not use, sell, rent, or share your Google user data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or targeting purposes. Your data is never transferred to third-party brokers or advertisers.

Google Limited Use Compliance:
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

We store your Google ID, email, and name securely inside our encrypted Supabase database. We utilize SSL/TLS connection encryption, database access limits, and administrative controls to protect your records from unauthorized access.

We retain your user data for as long as your account remains active. You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal information at any time (see Section 6).

5. Cookies

We use secure, HTTPOnly session cookies solely to keep you logged into the application. We do not use tracking, advertising, or cross-site profiling cookies.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion Requests

You have full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account, unlink your Astrocade creator profile, or purge your email and name from our records, please send a deletion request to team.jugaadmedia@gmail.com. We will process and confirm your data deletion within 72 hours.
